Returns
At the Butterfly Effect Beauty 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to  shopbutterfly77@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

Training sessions and materials: All online and or in person trainings are Final Sale and are non refundable and Deposits are non refundable.

 Lost/Stolen

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  All orders ARE FINAL SALE until further notice.

Sale items:- All sale items are FINAL and cannot be refunded.
